The Midnight Baker’s strawberry macaron is a pink macaron filled with strawberry flavored buttercream and for an extra strawberry flavor punch, we add strawberry preserves to the center!

GF* - while the ingredients are gluten free, cookies are made in a kitchen that cooks/bakes with gluten.

Storage Recommendation: In order to prevent the fillings from melting, store in the refrigerator or freezer.  If enjoying from the freezer, leave macarons at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before digging in.

Ingredients: Almond flour, powdered sugar, eggs (chicken), granulated sugar, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings), strawberry preserves (strawberries, liquid sugar (sugar, water), sugar, contains 2% or less of lemon juice concentrate, fruit pectin), strawberry flavoring (propylene glycol, artificial flavors, alcohol, water, triacetin, red 40, blue 1), imitation vanilla extract (Water, Carmel Color, Vanillin, Ethyl Vanillin, and 0.1% Potassium Sorbate (Added as a Preservative)), pink food coloring (RED 40 DYE, RED 40 LAKE).
