GF* - while the ingredients are gluten free, cookies are made in a kitchen that cooks/bakes with gluten.

Storage Recommendation: In order to prevent the fillings from melting, store in the refrigerator or freezer.  If enjoying from the freezer, leave macarons at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before digging in.

Ingredients: Almond flour, powdered sugar, eggs, granulated sugar, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings), white chocolate (sugar, palm kernel oil, why, whole milk, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), heavy cream (Cream, Milk, Carrageenan, Mono & Diglycerides, Polysorbate 80), raspberry preserves (raspberries, sugar, brown cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin), imitation vanilla extract (Water, Carmel Color, Vanillin, Ethyl Vanillin, and 0.1% Potassium Sorbate (Added as a Preservative)), pink food coloring (RED 3, RED 40, YELLOW 5).
